MEMBER LICENCE ADDENDUM
Use this form to inform VISCOPY of any works or uses of your works you wish to exclude from your membership agreement - ie, anything you do not want us to licence on your behalf. If you are waiving a fee, you should also download our FAQ about Waivers.

ONLINE IMAGE GALLERY CONSENT FORM
Use this form to participate in our Online Image Gallery Project. Images should be submitted as transparencies, cd or digital images saved as 300dpi unsharpened tiff, or high quality jpeg A4 size.

INFRINGEMENT REPORT FORM
To report details of an infringement of your work, use this form.
